WASTE PIPE REPLACEMENT

When plastic or cast iron waste pipes need to be replaced – access can be difficult, especially on tenement or multi-storey buildings. Traditional scaffolding is often expensive, time-consuming, and disruptive to residents.

Waste pipe services include:

• Replacement of all waste pipes in situ
• Removal and disposal of failed, redundant or leaking pipework
• Installation of new waste pipes
• Moving external waste pipes during renovation projects – when new waste pipes are required we can connect this externally

Tenement blocks and older properties often have difficult access to rear elevations and pipework. Rope access allows us to reach these areas safely and efficiently, without the need for scaffolding – saving you time, expense and disruption.
